We also strongly believe opinions should be listened to and acted upon. We offer multiple forums for this including Innovation Forums whereby staff can contribute to company and new product innovations.

DBFS believe that there is no reason why business cannot be done with a smile. By actively promoting an enjoyable environment, we believe productivity will increase and people will be motivated to go the extra mile.

DBFS are committed to give back to the community we work in. We partake in charitable work including at least one day a year where volunteers from the company spend a day assisting a charity with a project. In addition we hold independent fund raising events throughout the year.
DBFS are also aware of our environment and are committed to lowering our carbon footprint by increasing our recycling within our Head office and reducing electricity consumption by turning equipment and lighting off overnight as well as reducing our paper usage throughout the group.
