DBFS2M: Software Delivery Methodology
As an outsource provider, DBFS need to provide a standardised
service and to ensure compatibility at the points of interaction
with the Clients own delivery systems and methodology.
DBFS have developed a uniform, standardised Software Project
Delivery methodology, built upon industry accepted
practices such as PRINCE2, P3M3, CMMI and embodied in UML.
This methodology is comprised of framework components,
best practices, information banks and templates.

ProjectDirector: Project Control
In order to measure and report on the progress of a project,
and consistently apply the DBFS2M methodology, DBFS use
our own control tool: ProjectDirector. This tool has been developed
by DBFS and is central to meeting the level 4 requirements of CMMI.
Encompass is a fully featured multi-project management tool with
built in facilities for project directing, tracking,
reporting as well as team collaboration,
knowledge sharing and information
pooling.

Engage: Software Development Framework & Tools
Analysis of development resources applied during the delivery of
300 software projects in the last 12 years has lead DBFS to create
a library of re-usable code, and a RAD Framework
-Engage.
Engage allows DBFS to deploy data logistical applications quickly
and within a standardised framework, which reduces project costs
and application complexity in both delivery and support.
