DBFS have specific experience with HiPortfolio upgrade projects and, as
a result, we have developed a unique, repeatable and measurable approach.
We understand how critical a HiPortfolio upgrade can be to an organisation.

Without the correct project structure in place, HiPortfolio projects cannot
be expected to run smoothly or be completed successfully.
DBFS are able construct and lead a team, or alongside your own team, using
one of the following 3 models:
Project Delivery
You pass responsibility for the delivery of the whole
upgrade project to DBFS. We report directly to
senior management and steering
committees.
Using our experience and roadmaps, we help you plan the upgrade project,
identify resource requirements, define timings & milestones,
create work-streams and set deliverables.
All upgrade work-streams are managed by DBFS, but may be staffed by a combination of our
staff and your own staff as appropriate.
This option allows you to harness and benefit from our experience, and also allows you optimal access to our
tools, templates and roadmaps.
Workstream Delivery
You manage the overall upgrade project and delegate responsibility for the
delivery of one or more work-streams to DBFS. We report directly to
the overall upgrade Project Manager.
We work within the structures of defined project teams and take
responsibility for delivery of one or more work-streams.
Typically, we will supply a DBFS Project Manager/Team Leader who will
ensure that the team utilise our best practices, tools and roadmaps where possible.
This option allows you to
separate out a work-stream and pass it to DBFS
an be confident that our expertise and methodologies will deliver within
your overall project plan.
Supply of Specialist Staff
You manage the overall upgrade project and all the work-streams. DBFS
supply individuals with skills that you do not have in-house.
We supply specialist consultants, with the necessary technical or business
expertise, to compliment your existing project resources.
These individuals work under your direction and are only
responsible for delivering the work they are delegated.
This option does not utilise the experience and skills of DBFS as an organisation,
but does allow you to scale up your internal teams for the
duration of the project.
