DBFS Management Team
- David Upton, Managing Director

David has been working within the London financial sector since 1994 and
co-founded DBFS in 1996. During this time, David worked as a technical consultant
for Investment Management firms.

Prior to 1994, David owned and was COO of a risk management and alternative risk financing
advisory company in Australasia. He also set-up an operated an electronic claims
handling company in 1989, based upon a system he devised and developed.

David has an Engineering Degree, B.Tech(manuf) with Honours from Massey University in New
Zealand.

- Brian McNulty, Operations Director

Brian is a co-founder of DBFS. Prior to this, Brian was a Senior Trader at Rand Merchant Bank
spending five years as a Commodities and Equity Derivatives Technical Trader.
Before this he moved through Technical Investment Analyst roles with Scottish Amicable
Inv Mgrs and AMP Asset Mgt, specialising in Performance Measurement.

Brian has an Honours Mathematics degree from University of Glasgow,
a Masters in IT Systems from Strathclyde University and is a qualified Member of the
Securities Institute, sitting on the SIE IT Committee.

- Simon Lewis, Technical Director

Simon joined DBFS in 1997, and has strong technical skills which have elevated him to a position as a
well rounded practical consultant for the middle and back offices of Investment Management
firms.
Simon has in-depth experience of managing development teams and undertaking consultancy work in
both the finance and travel sectors.

Simon has a Honours (First Class) degree in MIS and a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from the University of Cape Town. Simon is also a Certified PRINCE2
Practitioner.

- Catherine Wigington, Marketing

Catherine brings with her a wealth of over 17 years marketing experience.

She has worked with clients in sectors ranging from technology and
telecommunications to media. This often involved running multimillion pound
accounts as well as advising on a strategic level. Catherine has been a board
director for the past 6 years.

Catherine has a BA Honours degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes
university.

Lead Consultants

- Indra Datta, Project Manager/Consultant

Indra has been working within the London financial sector since 1997 and currently manages a number of IT projects in the front, middle
and back offices of Investment Management firms.

Indra has been key in the design and development of
DBFS2M, DBFS's project delivery and development methodology, and is part of the management team running DBFS's IT Governance.

Indra has a Software Engineering and Business Degree, with Honours and is a fully certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

- Abbas Merchant, Investment Management Consultant

Abbas started his business career in 1986 in San Francisco working as the
head of Data Processing and Financial Administration for a Large Pension
Administration Fund.

in 1993, Abbas was recruited into Ernst and Young as a Senior Management
Consultant to evaluate risk for large multinational banks in the Middle East
and South East Asia, a position he maintained until 2000.
Following this, Abbas has reengineered processes, designed and implemented
several systems in Asian and European Banks, Hedge Fund Managers, Asset Managers
and Fund of Hedge Fund Managers.

Abbas has a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems and a
Masters in Finance and CIS.

- John Shimmin, Technical Consultant

John has been a Financial Markets Technical Consultant for 11 years.
John has worked as
the technical lead in many varied projects across Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Africa.

Over the last 11 years John has become a recognised technical expert for the
Fund Accounting System HiPortfolio.

Prior to John's Financial consultancy he worked as a technical IT consultant in the
Medical Systems sector.

John has an IT First Class Honours degree from Leeds University.

- Alan Bradley, Technical Consultant

Alan has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2003 and has developed a reputation as a HiPortfolio
automation and tuning expert. Alan has worked on major HiPortfolio installations in Africa and the UK.

As well as his HiPortfolio specialisation, Alan has been a consultant in a number of other areas of IT including
Hardware and Software Optimisation and Tuning, Unix Support ,
LAN/WAN Management, and Development.

Alan is a certified IBM AIX Administrator, a certified SUN Solaris Administrator
and a Red Hat Certified Engineer and has written regular articles for the Linux Journal.

- Aon Hassan, Technical Consultant

Aon Hassan has been working in the financial software industry since 2001. He has worked as a consultant for the Globus banking system.
Aon helped design and implement Asset+, our Fund management software, and has consulted on several FX projects and fund implementations/migrations.

Aon's flexible and dynamic approach to both technical and business processes has made him an integral part of DBFS.

- James Clarke, Business Development
- Asset+

James is an experienced sales executive with expertise in the financial markets, with a
particular interest in Hedge Funds. James oversees all aspects of Asset+ business
development, covering Wealth, Hedge and Fund of Funds. James joined DBFS from his role
as Director European Business Development at Boardex to lead DBFS's expansion into the
Hedge Fund Market.

Since leaving the
British Army with
the rank of Captain,
James has worked for
11 years in the
financial markets,
initially with the
Electronic
Publishing Division
of the FT in 1996,
before moving onto a
City-based Video on
Demand company, Raw,
where James was
responsible for both
the Corporate and
Institutional Sales
Team.

James has a BA in Politics from Reading University.

- Adam Farrell,
Business Development
– Travel and e-commerce

Adam heads DBFS's diversification into e-commerce and travel markets and brings over 14 years sales
and sales management experience across several key industries including IT, pharmaceutical and risk management.
His clients have included Hogg Robinson Group, GE Corporate, State Street bank and The Babcock Group.

Adam has a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from Glasgow University and is also a certified coach and
Master Practioner of NLP.
